Fans of the 80's Superman Films will no doubt recognize the instrumental of this song. Originally meant to be sung by Lois Lane (Margo Kidder) this vocal version ended up on the scrap pile of movie editing junk. Here's a recording of the song with lyrics. Very beautiful.

Seems to be a new trend. One person sits on one side of this huge balloon in the water while one other person jumps on the other end launching their friend into the sky and then onto the water. This one has two friends launching their other friend, and boy does she go high.
What if The Watchmen were a sitcom. I'm sure it would look kinda like this. Taking cues from Two and a Half Men, get ready to LOL
I'm pretty sure if The Watchmen did take the animated route, it wouldn't look like this. This is more of a satire of the long forgotten art of the Saturday Morning Cartoon. Very nostalgic this one is.

So this man, Antoine Dodson, is being interviewed about how he fought a rapist who snunk into his house who was attacking his sister.
His hilarious interview became popular on the internet, inspiring this auto-tuned version of his words.
...and then his response :-)

The Pussycat Dolls also had some pretty famous members like Carmen Elektra, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Christina Applegate and Charlize Theron. The Pussycat Dolls also had Charlie's Angels dance with them.
And before ya' knew it, they were a singing group, fronted by former Eden's Crush member, Nicole Scherzinger.
Immediately noticed was the huge number of girls in the singing group. Most of which do not sing. For those note familiar with PCD as a singing AND dance group, confusion arose as to what the other non-singing dolls were used for. Nicole sang lead, original member Carmit and youngest member Melody sang lead back-up, while the other girls sang back up and danced.
So what does creator Robin Antin do to remedy this situation? She creates a reality show with McG to find a new member. I made the edit featured below, holla
The winner, Asia, departed from the group after performing with Pussycat Dolls twice. I think she models now. A little while after that, original Pussycat Dolls member Carmit had something to announce: She was leaving too. Instead of finding a new member, The Pussycat Dolls became a quintet, with Nicole still front and center. Of course no one really noticed and cared.
And then this song credited as "Nicole Sherzinger and The Pussycat Dolls" created a rift in the group. With Carmit gone, I expected Melody to be the next to leave. In previous interviews she was very vocal about how she knew this gig with PCD would not last forever. Surprisingly, she wasn't the next to leave.
Jessica's experience caused even more speculation, despite not being front page news.
In an interview with Nicole, she announced the inevitable.
And now we meet the newest line-up of The Pussycat Dolls.
"They're a brand, not a band."

I always feel alone when I say that Annie is my favorite movie musical. I can never find another theater person who loves it like I do. I think it's a perfect musical. The movie version was the first movie I ever saw and lead actress Aileen Quinn has inspired me forever. But what happened to her? Here she is, and she'll sing a little too.

I've seen several live action remakes that derive from this underrated Disney film, but this one is undeniably the best.
I've been seeing several edits of this video in which they either replace the music with Taylor Swift singing it or they lower the key so it's Taylor Swift's voice manipulated to sound like a dude.
Here's the actual vocal version that's supposed to go with the video.

I also remember her from the movie musical "Camp." That's another one to check out.
This man is genius funny. He is most impressive when he has the audience throw celebrity names at him to imitate.

With the tons of videos that get posted on Youtube you can get an endless amount of viewing pleasure on any subject. Like Neil Patrick Harris.
I was intrigued by this first clip of Neil as a guest judge on American Idol.
I have nothing really against Simon Cowell, but it seems to me that he knows how to dish it, but can't take it. I really used to have mad respect for this Idol judge because he always spoke his mind, but in this clip, it appears that he wants to hear his voice more than the contestant's voice and bravo for Neil calling him out on that. Makes me proud to be gay.
From that clip, I found this other Neil clip on the side margins.
Neil Patrick Harris doing an impression of Paula Abdul. Not really though. This video is in reference to this video.
Drunk or not, she seems sweet. So from the clip of Neil doing Paula Abdul, I was brought to this clip of Neil from Ellen.
The aspect ratio is kind of off by A LOT, but it's still LOL funny. Neil and Ellen seem like old friends. And finally, this brought me to this Old Spice commercial where Neil reprises his role s Doogie Howser somewhat.
I used to have the hugest crush on him when he was on that show. It's amazing where links will send you.

I'm not a huge fan of reality shows. I think for the most part, they're exploitive, and none of them get more exploitive than the American Idol audition episodes. Still, I think there are reality shows out there that deserve some viewing. There was Queen Bee, a show that explored how mean teenage girls can be. The show Pussycat Dolls Presents was a good look into the rehearsal process and performances of talented young ladies of all shapes, sizes and colors. Then there's FAT CAMP!!!!
It is no secret that obesity is a huge problem in the states, so what better way to deal with it than exploit our Fat American Teens?

The next few videos were made to be leaked to the public to help create the illusion that the character Lotso was an actual toys from the 80s. I'm reading the comments on both accounts and there seems to be quite a debate, as well as angry comments, regarding the authenticity of these commercials.
Of course, this is all part of Pixar's way of promoting their film. Goodjob Pixar :-)

Aside from being an awesome singer, Traci Hines is also a model for Hot Topic, a cosplayer and the face of True Enchantment. Check out the link people. It's worth it.
Also be sure to follow Traci on Youtube and Facebook.
These videos I found by youtube user LegallyCritter hint at what a cinematic musical version of Legally Blonde would look like. Very cute if not odd and sweet.

Make sure you select to watch it in HD. It really makes a huge difference. I really love this show. I hope this High Definition version gets a release in America. Maybe I'll start a petition. It worked for Robotech :-)
On a side not, Sailor Moon might be getting a total redub. Here's hoping for the best.
One of my favorite singers singing one of my favorite songs. Here's a clip of Kerry Butler singing "Somewhere That's Green" from Little Shop of Horrors which was written by Ashman and Menken who also wrote the songs for Disney's The Little Mermaid. Kerry Butler was the original Penny in the Hairspray musicl and sang for Ariel in The Little Mermaid Workshop demos.

I would die if Kerry Butler played Elle. I love her.
I'm not sure if these videos reinforce stereotype or whatever. They are funny. If you love Shakespeare and have your own Sassy Gay Friend, you will find much to love in this videos.
